Intel Tech Talk for PhD Students: October 7th, 2010

Please join us to hear Dr. Bob Turkot, Group Leader of the Advanced Etch & Cleans group within Components Research, speak about Intel's R&D Process.  Bob received his B.S., M.S., & PhD(1996) in Nuclear Engineering under the guidance of Prof. David N. Ruzic at UIUC and has spent 14 years at Intel studying plasma etch and wet chemical cleaning solutions.  Components Research is responsible for investigating, inventing and delivering novel technology options across a wide variety of semiconductor processing areas which enable Intel's future products.
