Department of Defense Info Session, October 19th, 2010

INTERESTED IN WORKING FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE?

What:   Very informal information session.  Feel free to stop in and bring your questions and resumes!

Why:   Come and learn about SSC Pacific, who we are/our work/benefits/etc.  We hired over 100 new engineers/scientists last year!

We are recruiting BS – PhD Scientists and Engineers primarily in the following disciplines:
• Computer Science & Engineering
• Electrical Engineering
• Mechanical/Ocean Engineering

Other majors are encouraged to apply as well.  We take a wide variety of engineers/scientists in a smaller capacity.

Intel Tech Talk for PhD Students: October 7th, 2010

Please join us to hear Dr. Bob Turkot, Group Leader of the Advanced Etch & Cleans group within Components Research, speak about Intel's R&D Process.  Bob received his B.S., M.S., & PhD(1996) in Nuclear Engineering under the guidance of Prof. David N. Ruzic at UIUC and has spent 14 years at Intel studying plasma etch and wet chemical cleaning solutions.  Components Research is responsible for investigating, inventing and delivering novel technology options across a wide variety of semiconductor processing areas which enable Intel's future products.
