Job Description:
The rotational program is designed to provide candidates with the opportunity to develop cross-functionally within a challenging, fast-paced environment. The two-year program will allow participants to gain experience in the functional areas of CME Group including four of the following divisions: Operations, Legal/Market Regulation, CME Clearing, Technology, Corporate Development, Finance (Corporate Finance), Products and Services, and Marketing. This structure will allow the participants to work in both the operations and business sides of the exciting derivatives business.
Rotations will last approximately six months each. Each participant will be paired with a sponsor who will work closely with them as a guide and mentor during the program. The sponsor will work with divisional leaders to develop challenging work assignments where participants will have exposure to the CME Group Management Team and company-wide initiatives. At the close of the program, participants will move into a full-time position with the help of their sponsor and CME Group Human Resources.
Candidate Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 3.5 GPA
• Relevant coursework and internships should be detailed in application
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly
• Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, challenging situations
• Demonstrated strong leadership capabilities
Full Time/ Monday-Friday
